REIKI LEVEL I ATTUNEMENT
"SHODEN"'Rei Ki', which, translated means 'Universal Life Force Energy' helps restore the balance between the physical, emotional, spiritual and mental levels for all living and sentient beings, enabling the body to do what it was originally designed to do, to heal itself. It can also create a reconnection between the spiritual aspect of ourselves, and the universe within and around us.
Level I Reiki training incorporates a series of attunements and hands-on training. The attunements open energy channels enabling the student to connect with the Reiki healing energy. This is an important aspect of Reiki, as the energy comes through the person, not from them as individuals, which makes this form of healing safe and enhancing for both the recipient and the person giving.
Reiki training offers important benefits for both self-healing and healing for people, animals, trees and plants. Animals love to be around the healing energies of Reiki; often they will come to you if they need your healing touch. Reiki is easy to learn, and one can enjoy a lifetime of benefits from the training.

The Spirit of Equus Art of Reiki Attunements are limited to a maximum of 8 students, so that each person receives individual attention.
Reiki Level I (Shoden) training includes:
• 'Denju' - A series of attunements which will enable you to enjoy Reiki for a lifetime of benefit
• Steps on how to benefit from Reiki yourself
• Guidance on how to offer Reiki for family and others in daily life
• How and when to offer Reiki to your horses, animal companions and animals who may have been rescued. Time will be included to practice Reiki on humans and with animals
• Training will include 'The Gokai' - Reiki Precepts/Principals, 'Byosen reikan ho' - energy field scanning, and an understanding of human and equine energy Chakra's
• A Reiki Level 1 Manual for easy guidance and recall after the workshop
• A Reiki Level I Certificate upon completion suitable for framing

SPIRIT OF EQUUS AWARENESS
'Awareness with The Spirit of Equus'A creative, enlightening and relaxing day which will help process the attunement, with gentle exercises and horse totems to help bring awareness with the help of horses.
Ros will bring a good group understanding and grounding of the attunement process through creative endeavour, as well as providing an understanding of how horses can help us become more self aware, and thus more aware of horses (and other animals).
Both days will bring the opportunity to share and practice Reiki with each other, (and animals should you wish to), in addition to being able assimilate this special process, whilst asking any questions you may have.
